What
is Movement Based Learning
With the varied needs of children, Cecilia Koester,
M.Ed has developed a movement-based program that addresses
the foundational pieces of learning so that children can
learn how to learn. She teaches/consults in a functional,
practical way so that any information is directly applicable
and useable.
The movements and activities are based on natural, normal
human development. They bring about rapid and often dramatic
improvements in focus, comprehension, communication,
organization and physical movement.
A special combination of Adaptive Bal-A-Vis-X and of Cecilia
Koester’s hands-on approach to Neurological/Reflex/Movement
pattern integration. Offered as part the Bal-A-Vis-X program
AND as part of the movement-based learning program with
Cecilia Koester and Candi Cosgrove. For more
